Through this Request for Proposal, the Portland Development Commission is requesting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced individuals, firms, or teams for project design, coordination and management services in support of the Preliminary Engineering and National Environmental Protection Act Federal Railroad Administration grant awarded to PDC. This RFP consists of Part B Track Related Work for the delivery of certain preliminary design, engineering, and environmental services at Portland’s Union Station located at 800 NW 6th Ave, Portland, Oregon. PDC owns Union Station terminal and adjacent Tracks 1-4.

Pre-Proposal meeting:
A voluntary meeting (strongly encouraged) for this solicitation will be held at 2 PM on February 20, 2014, at PDC office, 222 NW Fifth Avenue, with site tour/walk immediately following.
