The Portland Development Commission, the urban renewal and economic development agency for the city of Portland, Oregon, is reissuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking statements of qualifications and development concepts from qualified development teams for the purchase and development of a one-acre site located on the corner of NE Halsey Street and NE 106th Avenue. The RFQ is being reissued to provide additional information to better define the community goals and redevelopment objectives for the Property, as well as to clarify the financial resources PDC has available for this project.
