Through this Request for Proposals, PDC, the economic and urban renewal agency for the City of Portland, Oregon, in partnership with the Portland Housing Bureau, is seeking proposals from qualified developers to redevelop a 87,637 square foot property known as RiverPlace Parcel 3. The vacant property is located on the southwest corner of SW River Parkway and SW Moody Avenue in Portland’s central city, RiverPlace neighborhood, and North Macadam Urban Renewal Area.
